Chapter One Restaurant & Bar - showcasing the very best in fresh regional produce, with produce such as sustainable premium fish and free range corn fed chicken. Chapter One is the only North Queensland restaurant with an exclusive selection of premium steak cuts from esteemed Queensland beef breeder and producer, Stanbroke. With its spectacular poolside setting and contemporary menu, Chapter One offers an intimate and relaxed dining experience. Wine and cocktail menus have been created to not only complement the dishes, but also the tropical setting. Open daily for breakfast 7:00am to 10:00am, lunch 12:00pm to 3:00pm and dinner Wed-Sun 6:00pm until late.
