Beautifully appointed eco-cabins situated by the lake or in the treetops are all individually styled with gorgeous outlooks, feature a full kitchen and a private screened deck. Tastefully decorated deluxe rooms and suites are also individually styled and are located in the main lodge. All cabins and most rooms and suites feature your own private balcony or deck with complimentary port and chocolates. There are also pet friendly and disabled rooms available.

Guests have described feeling like they have travelled to another part of the world. Colours and themes are styled from many overseas visits to ensure that no two rooms or cabins are the same. Enjoy the Retreat's blend of local and overseas art work as well as interesting items including huge metal gongs from Borneo, Vietnamese silk paintings, picture boxes, ceramic containers and sculptures.

Take a walk through the 20 hectare ‘Boom-Ber-Pee’ (koala) private nature refuge or maybe venture just 1.2km to a bushwalker’s paradise at Venman National Park. You can also walk through to Daisy Hill Forest and Koala Centre. Spot wallabies, koalas, possums and goannas and over 80 species of birds. 

Mt Cotton Retreat excels in delicious home made food. Guests and visitors can enjoy a High Tea, arrange private lunches, dinners or catering. Guests can delight in a continental breakfast in the comfort of their own cabin, room or suite at a time that suits them.
