Sanctuary by Sirromet is located on the grounds of Sirromet Winery, in a tranquil bushland setting surrounded by Laguna paperbark trees and giant scribbly gums. This 560 acre property is just 30 minutes from Brisbane and captures amazing views across Moreton Bay. Its also home to a large population of wallabies who graze freely around and under the decks of your private pavilion as you enjoy a glass of wine at sunset.

Indulge your senses and dine on fresh, locally sourced produce from one of the three restaurants featuring natural and unique architecture with breathtaking scenery surrounding Moreton Bay. Take off on your own adventure with a premium winery hamper full of locally sourced meats, cheese, sweets, wine and everything you need to enjoy the atmosphere.

Sirromet also offers a selection of Winery Experiences. Learn about the history of Sirromet, the cool climate Granite Belt region and enjoy a private wine tasting after the tour. Go 'behind the scenes' and gain an insight into the wine making process and hear the story of an Australian family who created one of the most famous wine brands in Queensland and conclude with a private tasting of six Sirromet wines.

Feel a million miles away in your own tented Pavilion, offering elegant comfort and style with individual features as well as beautiful views of the winery and surrounding valley. Perfect for a couple’s retreat or family getaway, each Pavilion has a private balcony appearing to float about the landscape giving you a “tree house” impression. Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, microwave, coffee maker and mini bar are just some of the features on offer in this unique accommodation.

Breakfast is included and served at Tuscan Terrace on Saturdays and Sundays. If you are staying from Monday to Friday, a gourmet breakfast hamper will be thoughtfully delivered to your Pavilion.

Dining
Tuscan Terrace - showcases a menu prepared in traditional Tuscan-style using the freshest local product and ingredients. Relax on the 75 metre timber deck or under the shade of fig trees with gorgeous views of the winery and discover the marriage of flavours through the carefully matched emerging Italian wines. Bookings are essential. Open daily for lunch and dinner. Breakfast is available on Saturday and Sunday.
Cellar Door - offering award-winning wines, great food and beautiful surroundings. Savour a glass of your favourite Sirromet wine with a café light meal or platter whilst enjoying live music.
Cellar Door Cafe - sit back, enjoy barista made coffee and add a delectable sweet treat or light lunch. Take in the breathtaking scenery and indulge with a premium food and wine hamper for two. Open Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 4:30pm.

Please note: Sanctuary at Sirromet only caters to children 10 years and over. Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.
