Treasury on Collins is a beautiful 19th century landmark building in the most desirable precinct of the Melbourne CBD. It has been refurbished and transformed into an opulent Apartment Hotel offering self-contained suites, loft apartments, one and two bedroom serviced apartments.This heritage-listed building commenced construction in 1876 and housed The Bank of Australasia. Over the years a further three storeys were added along with a mezzanine level and creation of a light well through the centre of the building over the bank chamber below. After 98 years as a bank, it was converted to 115 suites and apartments. In 2013, Treasury on Collins was opened. The magnificent architecture of the mezzanine level can now be enjoyed as a Guest Lounge, open to all guests.
The hotel’s unique accommodation seamlessly blends old-world elegance with contemporary style. Designed to impress with expansive interiors, well-appointed kitchenettes, Nespresso machines, washer/dryer, complimentary Netflix and Wi-Fi.
Treasury on Collins is perfectly located on historical tree-lined Collins Street with easy access to public transport. Trams, buses and taxis pass by the front door and trains are within 300m.

The Bank Restaurant & Bar - the ground floor of the building has been transformed into a modern restaurant and bar offering an exciting new dining experience within the glorious heritage listed building. Open Mon-Fri from 11:30am.
The Treasured Guest Lounge - located on the mezzanine level encircles the vaulted foyer and is a beautiful ambient area for all guests to relax and enjoy with complimentary WI-FI. Buffet breakfast is available daily from 7:00am to 10:00am Monday to Friday and 7:00am to 10:30am on weekends. Afternoon Wine Down commences from 4pm to 6pm where guests can enjoy a glass or two.
