Nautilus Restaurant - this award-winning restaurant boasts a fusion of Polynesian-European inspired dining in the main dining room or a casual beachside patio dining experience, private celebratory dining, guest room services or beach options. Organic produce sourced from the resort’s own market garden is included in many specially designed dishes, with of course, an emphasis on harvest from the sea. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
