Belle Époque - savour delicious patisserie-style breakfast and bistro lunch options plus an irresistible selection of the finest tarts and gateaux. Take home a chocolate delight, exquisite macarons or enjoy a Vittoria Coffee crafted by the baristas to suit your taste. ​Feast your eyes on the stunning, bespoke surrounds, including a spectacular bronze Champagne bar for private functions and tasting during the evening. Dine in and takeaway available. Reservations are preferred. Open daily from 6:30am to 5:00pm.
The Terrace - with a bespoke retractable ceiling and operable glass roof, bask in subtropical luxe all year round as you soak in the unrivalled views across Brisbane. From all-inclusive breakfasts to late-night bites, it’s always dine-o’clock, while talented bartenders mix an extensive range of the best local and international beverages. Open daily from 7:00am till late.
Piano Bar - exuding old world glamour, this is a modern nod to the golden jazz era of the 1920s. You'll find the decor, drinks and service are as velvety smooth as the dulcet jazz tones of the live musicians on Friday and Saturday nights and Sunday afternoons. A selection of dining options are designed to perfectly compliment the design and atmosphere.
Signature - the pinnacle of Emporium’s culinary collection, serves an elegant, modern cuisine championing local produce and seasonal inspiration for a truly defining dining experience. The Library wine cellar lists over 6,000 bottles of wine from Australia and around the world, featuring limited editions and rare vintages served in a collection of bespoke decanters. Open Wednesday to Saturday from 5:30pm to 9:00pm and Sunday lunches from 12:00pm to 2:30pm. Reservations are essential.
In-Suite Dining - a delicious selection of modern and classic dishes to be enjoyed in ultimate comfort around the clock. There will be no reason to go out when you can stay in and enjoy delectable, generously portioned in-suite dining options.
