Dining & Bars
Edgewater - serving international cuisine with a beautiful view of Hanuman Bay. Relax in a picturesque setting under the shady almond tree with the gentle sound of waves on shore. Edgewater is well known on the island for signature pizzas serviced hot from the stone oven. A must-do! Open daily from 7:00am to 11:00pm.
Blue Fire Grill - the restaurant is fired up with savoury influences from around the world. Surf n Turf takes on an entirely new flavour spectrum with entrees and mains that dazzle. Save room for dessert, perhaps a lovely Crepe Suzette, Chocolate Lava Cake, or Mango and Coconut Pannacotta with espresso or lemongrass tea. Open daily for dinner from 6:30pm to 10:30pm.
The Wet Bar - signature cocktails are served all day. Swim-up bar service is available at the adjoining pool. A wonderful way to unwind. Open daily from 11:00am to 11:00pm.
Beach Counter - spend the afternoons relaxing with a cool cocktail. Small plates of savoury goodness provide a flavourful interlude between lunch and dinner. Lovely views of Hanuman Bay are an extra treat. Located in Edgewater Grill.
Library - enjoy handpicked teas, a selection of coffees, finger sandwiches, scones and cakes prepared by the resort bakery. This quiet setting is a perfect place to read and relax any time of day.
Private Beach & In-Villa Dining - allow the Executive Chef to create an unforgettable culinary experience just for you, served under the stars on the private beach.
